Whopper Jr and onion rings

Went about 20 minutes ago to the BK in Mounds View MN My order was a medium Onion Ring and a whopper Jr, lookslike someone started to scoop fries and then added the onion rings on top that were ice cold. That whopper jr was smaller then a regular hamburger and so dried out. Burger King used to be very good, if they continue like they are that store will be no longer open. No receipt to even call them back
