First Chicago said i had to prove that the hail storm happened after the appraisal person came out and saw the hail damage as well as crack winshield that has since spreaded all the way up windshield. This been going on for 8 months. They finally agreed to fix it, since then, my car still sitting at repair shop. Repair shop told me to come get the car before he charges storage. What do i do? I also forgot to mention i been with this insurance for almost 2yrs and been paying 300$month. Good job keeping loyal customers.
