I have not received the item I purchased even though the money was taken. Have tried to email and phone several times but cannot get through. Have read several similar reports online yet their website is one of the first to appear and seems legitimate. Really hop they are just sloe with very poor customer service and not a total thieving scam website. This needs to investigated asap!
