Purchased a dress from choco and cream in May, received it with a rip in it. Messaged them to send it back, they told me it would be too expensive and could they send me s replacement which I did not want. they offered me credit to buy something else which I didn't want either. I'm out of pocket £25. Voucher code never received, blocked on Facebook messenger and email blocked too. The dress is awful quality and damaged, nothing at all like in the photo.
