My name is Chung Lee, I purchased KB town houses(2 units) in San Marcos, CA in Nov. 2017 Few weeks ago, cooking top(serial no. R63235221 MOD: WFE320M0ES0) at one of units(355 Mission Terrace Ave) was not working. I called KB customer service, they gave me file no. [protected] and have me call Whirlpool directly and I did. Whirlpool technician came on 12/6/18 AND very very rude according to my tenant. Technician said that he can't find warranty paper and left. I thought the appliances are under 2 year warranty from purchase. I just called KB customer service few minutes ago, all I got is recording message. I need to have the problem solved asap. My tenant can't not cook for a month!!!
