Where is the competency?

Tried to send cash to son via zelle. Payment was denied until I called the bank. Cue hold for 20 minutes, still took a day to send the cash. Told them I would be sending another payment to other son next day was assured no problem. Err...guess what? Same problem. This time longer hold. Ill be happy to move in the summer. Incompetence = no customer loyalty. Plus when you login into your account you always have to wait for an email or text message....ALWAYS User's recommendation: Look elsewhere.
