I didnt receive a package from SHEIN that I was expecting. Dhl sent me an email saying its been delivered to my apartment but its not there. Maybe I wasnt there to give a signature but even if so, it wasnt sent out on the next delivery day or even a few days after that. Im not impressed at all by the customer service. I dont have an issue with SHEIN personally but Im not impressed nor satisfied with the customer service provided by DHL. Id like a refund. User's recommendation: Provide a non signature release in the case you may not be home.
