I still havent received any real information about the where-abouts of my parcel. Ive been told to call my local post office in wich i have. I have also called UPS and they also dont know whats going on. Both have told me to contact the sender wich is your company and ask for new tracking details. So i just want to know where my parcel is, what the new tracking details are and when i will be receiving it! This was a birthday gift that i ordered in advance hoping it would arrive on time and still dont know nothing about it. Please get back to me asap with some real information because i have gone back and forth already.
