I purchased a woman's coat online on january 6th. I accidentally deleted the e-mail with the order number. I"ve tried live chat. Staff answered typing "someone will be with you " then I waited for 15 mins, no response. I've called customer service several times, the last time I waited on hold for an hour &;;;;;;;;;; forty mins. no one answered the phone. If your company is going bankrupt, you still need to take care of your customers. Please provide my order number and let me know if it's being delivered so I can track my order.
