Where is my order, #707871**-**

Your company is horrible. I ordered a second battery for my pet pro vacuum. The package I received (and was billed for on 2-4-20) did NOT have the battery in it. I returned it to the address I was given, to someplace in CA.in the original box I received it in. I made at least 5 calls to your customer service people, NO RESULTS. The last thing I got was that you were going to send me another entire vacuum. (Does not make any sense to me. You charged me $102.43 for the battery I did not receive.) I have NOT received the $ back nor have I heard anything about the replacement device. Do I need to get my Attorney involved with this situation. I am FED UP with your company! Norman Hanson User's recommendation: don't do it!
