I am very disappointed with TicketLiquidator, they are terrible and the worst part is that I can't reach anyone from customer service. I bought a ticket to a concert from TicketLiquidator website and due to some personal reasons I will not be able to go to the concert. For over two weeks now I've been trying to reach someone from TicketLiquidator because I need to cancel my ticket as soon as possible but they did not reply. I sent numerous email and called but there was no response. I really hope that's just an accident and I hope to hear from them soon. As for now I would not recommend this company, customer service does not exist and I can't get any help with my problem.
