Where are my Wal-Mart cards?

I have done these surveys for walmart gift cards several times even after i canceled they still took money out. Most importantly ive yet to see a gift card of any kind. Hmmm wonder what bbb would say about that? WHERE ARE MY CARDS? I DID THR GRAZE SNACKS I DID TBE WATCH TWICE. NO CARDS.
