Where are my returns mailed on May 4

Have called about this 2 times. My account has been flagged to waive return postage because 6 of 8 items marked Medium were Small. Mailed May 4 from Lexington, SC - as of yesterday not received Gail Deith, 412 Laurel Dr., Lexington, SC 29072 ghdeith@***.com
