I placed an order over a year ago - and never received my prada 50rs sunglasses! I just re-ordrered the same product a few days ag, two pairs of the same glasses - and received NO confirmation email, NOBODY answers the phone (with a generic one word voice recording that goes straight to voice mail), and there is also a generic away message on the email address listed. What the *** is going on? Either return my calls and tell me where my products are or issue me a full refund immediately please. I have never in my life dealt with such a sketchy online retailer. I will not sit by and be taken advantage of like this. Chrissy
