Ok so how do they work? They check for cheap flights online and offer them up for sale. When you buy the flights they go back and book them but online. Sooo what happened to me was, I booked a flight, got reservation number and money left my account and never checked my email. So when they tried to book the flight the offer was no longer available and they just cancelled my ticket without letting me know. So when we landed at airport for connecting flight there was none. Phoned them and they say o sorry we tried to call you , ya right. Asked for a refund and booked a ticked at the airport for 3x the price of the original Will see if i get a refund
