When you attempt to call the Indianapolis Star you end up with a person in another country.

A week ago I was called by a representative of the Star about renewing my subscription. I gave her a code that was in the Sunday paper I purchased last Sunday that was a 12-month special of $.99 a week. She said I would begin receiving the paper yesterday but I didn't. When I called, I was told my new subscription was not even pending. I had to change my plans for the entire day to go out and purchase a paper yesterday and yet whomever I spoke with told me what a valued customer I am. What a crock of crap! You cannot depend on these people and they don't give a rip about their customers or our country or they would keep their calls in the U.S. (specifically in Indianapolis).
