When exactly were you going to tell me there was a problem???

Just like last year, I faxed in the bill from my eyeglasses invoice, and waited for the check to arrive....and waited...a month later, I called Them, to confirm they had received my fax . (yes, they had, and "soon" was the timeframe....) ANOTHER Month has passed, so I re-contacted: "Oh, yes, we have it, but we Don't know how you paid the bill, so it is sitting right here." My response, "And when were you planning to share this fact with me??" "Oh, we wait for YOU to contact us." WTF?????
