Wheel locked

Customer support failed to address my issue. They kept sending me generic responses and never actually addressed the locked wheel. I ended up looking at YouTube videos to solve my problem. So much for a warranty and customer support. No worries though. If this is customer support, I don't want it nor your product. User's recommendation: No. Buy elsewhere.
