Hello, I purchased two Provider Entrada ET tires on 5/6/19 for my 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe to be placed on the front as I had already purchased two for the rear the yr prior. The next day, I realized the center cap on hubs were not there. I contact the Pacific Ave store where I had the service done and they couldn't explain what happened and advised that they did have two and to come back, at my convenience of course to see if they matched. Later that day, I went in and it turned out that they were not the ones that belonged on my tires. They offered an apology and advised that they would have to order them, and would contact me when they come in so they can put them on. After a week goes by, I call back to see if they were in since I hadn't heard anything and lo and behold, they had come in that day. I was told by Brandon, to come in, again at my convenience and they would put them on. I did go back and am appreciative that they have been replaced. However, I am a little disappointed in the fact that that is all I was offered after 2 additional trips for something that wasn't my fault.
