I returned something in a store that I purchased online. I was told it would take up to 14 BUSINESS days (not calendar days) to get the refund back on my credit card! That's the equivalent of 3 full weeks!!!!! Today, it's been eight calendar days and no refund. So, I guess I will be waiting 14 business days like the receipt states. There's absolutely NO reason with our modern computer technology to make a customer wait more than a day or two (business day or simply calendar day)to get their money credited back to a credit card once they receive the item. Heck, as quick as my card was charged when I made the purchase is as quick as the money should have been refunded.
