I sent in 2 kits. One was processed .The other kit according to ALEX, in customer service, is lost. This is seriously distressing. This is legally a crime under TORT law, personal injury. Now I have to hire a lawyer . My items were new with tags( of course!) with a retail value $5,891.00. Has this happened to you? I am certain I am about to begin in a journey of down the rabbit hole. IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW TO NAVIGATE this PLEASE help....The expense of a lawyer is just ridiculous . I do want to have my listed item returned, but, the REALREAL issue is HOW CAN THEY LOSE MY CONSIGNMENT? What a SCAM.
