First of all, they definitely need a better field supervisor for the county I live in. The woman acts like a pissy teenager who isn't getting her way, so she's going to pout and throw a tantrum. She got the information she requested regsrding my direct deposit information, and 3 weeks later she STILL hasn't set it up. My paycheck went to a card I never received. They've had worse instances, such as one woman who never got paid at all, and another who got the wrong paycheck, and when she tried to rectify the situation, they blamed HER for stealing someone's check. The office qorkers are, for lack of a better term, middle schoolers in the way they behave. The entire company behaves like the prissy little popluqr girl table in the cafeteria, only giving hours to their friends, and only wanting their friends to work there. The communication, or utter lack thereof, is attrocious. It took my field supervisor 24 hours to text me back about a simple yes or no question. If i tried to call this woman, it took 5 phone calls, 9 text messages, and 4 calls to the office just to get her on the phone for 10 minutes. My personal opinion is to avoid this company all together. They do not pay mileage, nor do you get breaks. If one of your charges falls, youre not allowed to pick them up, you're not allowed to call public services to help, youre not allowed to call the person's family to help, but you cannot leave them lying in the floor. I actually got in trouble for that. For picking a woman up because she fell. It made no sense, then my supervisor refused to give me my schedule for the next day, because she had mwntioned earlier that it was going to change. In the middle of me asking for it, she hangs up mid question. All in all, the field supervisor for my county is terrible, the communication for the entire company is horrible, the office workers are like children, they continually mess up payroll, and they berate their employees.
