03/23/2018 roughly 7:50pm we called in an order into the American Deli 2728 Watson Blvd, Warner Robins, Ga. We were told it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. We arrived to the restaurant around 8:05pm, to which we were greeted and paid for our meal. We were told it would be up in a moment. We waited nearly 20 minutes after this, while other orders after us were leaving. When the crowds died down, we approached the counter lady who then said it would be up in a moment. What?? Not one cook was on the prep line or the flat top. We told her that we called our order in before 8:00pm and other people after us were being served. She walks to the prep line where the tickets were and our ticket was still there untouched. She proceeds to say, that the cooks must not have heard the order. Not sure how that is possible when the ticket was on the line and they have a printer that prints orders as they come in. Total BS. When we got our food, we asked to talk to a manager, but the counter girl said there was no manager there. So we left, disappointed in the service. When we got home and looked at our food, the fries were not cooked all the way, and the additional order of wing sauce was missing from the order.
