My first year with tricare has been a nightmare. They wont cover our child's birth even when we showed the documentation was properly done. They each say something different everytime we call. Then they just tell us there is nothing we can do. I wish we never went with them for they have given us so much trouble not only with our Childs Birth but all of our other claims. Their website is horrible and difficult to navigate. I feel like I cant ever trust what they are telling me because the next person says something different. They have caused our family so much headache. We arent giving up the fight but just thought I would give anyone considering this insurance a heads up. If you can avoid using them I would.
