Placed an order on 27th November 20. Got order confirmation via e mail with order number WH1241****. Payment was pending but now disappeared from my credit card ? Has order been placed or not. This was a surprise Christmas present for my partner and i really want to purchase the Wave Music System IV and Soundtouch Pedestal in silver or any other colour if this colour not in stock. Can you tell me what has happened to my order? Has it been cancelled or is it still going through?
