What do we do

We have lend money to pjh lending corporation 35000 but 5000 is deposit to bank for pdc. So we got 30000 onlu My monthly is 4923.80 for 12months so over all is 59,080 pesos is this legal to high. I pay for 2months what will happen to me? I'll go to jail? Because of that?
