WHAT DO CUSTOMERS WITH NO COMPUTER OR NO PRINTER DO? GUESS OUR BUSINESS IS NOT WANTED!

On 3/18/ 19 I placed an order for 3 pairs of pants with Romans which was shipped to me on 3/20. The pants were too large so I returned them along with paperwork indicating I wanted a refund. I enclosed the original form indicating the code for reason for return and also marked line showing I wanted a refund. Got email on 4/12/19 from Full Beauty acknowledging return and saying refund being processed which would take 5-7 business days and another few days for me to get refund (which I have not received). In the meantime I got the pants mailed back to me from Full Beauty with the original paperwork I had sent asking for a refund. Romans said their warehouse never received return and I will have to repeat the whole process. They do not mail return labels and I do not have a printer to print out a label so I now have to pay for return shipping myself. Romans said it is not their fault that Full Beauty never sent the return to them. Shopping with Romans is DONE and my experience with Full Beauty is NEGATIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
