What claim??

I have called these people 4 times to get status on my cliam. They have no record of me calling because i dont have a claim number. I cant get one until they hear back from Measleys with a copy of my invoice. We keep going around and around. In this day and age they dont keep records of hen you call, fill out a claim on line nor when you first put in a claim. HUH!!!@$:;@!#
