What are my kitchenaid Dutch ovens both of them rusting on the inside enamel area

Why are my kitchenaid Dutch ovens both of them rusting on the inside and enamel area under the cover and the enamel chipping underneath and showing rust there also. The red enamel on the underpart off to the side a bit chipping I have only had them just over Three years. Purchased at Canadian tire in Airdrie Alberta Canada I also have one of my wire beaters from my hand mixer also broken and it is only Less than two years old purchased at Walmart also in Airdrie Alberta Canada I have many kitchenaid products and I am frustrated my understanding when I purchased these are guaranteed for life. Well 3 years is a very short lifespan. Please advise.
