This company Nine West is absolutely ridiculous!! I bought two pairs of shoes from them and for some reason they shipped them separately! I have no idea why they did that and when I asked them they were not able to explain anything. Anyway, I received only one pair and second one is no where to be found. They don't tell me anything and I don't even have a tracking number to track my order. They made everything even more difficult!! I have been thinking a lot about that and I can't think of any reasonable explanation why did they split my order. What a terrible company!
