After contacting Canadian Financial Publishing I was told that we were eligible for government funding for our company. For $699 I could get the file sent to me and I would just have to complete a business plan and send it to them and they would distribute it to the appropriate government agencies. My fault that I did more digging later rather than sooner. I contacted the lady I was dealing with, Andrea and 1-877-65**-**92 and told I could not get a refund without providing them with the business plan and getting denied 3 times by government agencies.
