My wife purchased 2 of these off of HSN in October 2017. We finally had a chance to use them when the power went off and they did as advertised in 3 instances. After that they won't hold a charge. You turn it on and there is a slight flicker of light and then nothing. Called HSN about it and one person said that its a HSN product which I thought was strange and that it was only warranted for 30-days (30-days is even stranger). The next rep said that there is no such thing but that it was outside of the return period. Either way the product if clearly defective and shouldn't be given away much less sold to the public. Its a shame and a sham that business' are allowed to sell crap like this.
