What a piece of ***

Bought new Lennox HVAC system July 13,2017 did not work when installed. Southern Services tech said motor needed replacing. Told them wanted new unit that worked. Company refused to replace broken new unit with working new unit. It's been 16 months, five service calls later-PIECE OF *** STILL DOES NOT WORK more than five days straight. I WANT A NEW WORKING HVAC UNIT I PAID FOR!!!!
