What a joke!

Issues began from Day 1, faulty equipment sent. Took about 3 months for an exchange only to have another junk box. These units are a waste of money, time and effort. I cannot believe this is a mandated system from the government and these pieces of *** were tested to be sufficient, well actually I can... No customer service, reporting is inaccurate. Call to talk to anyone in tech support about the most basic issue and they cannot help. They then assign a case number and someone will call you back.... When? When will they call me? Oh wait, they wont, I get an email stating my case is closed and my issue has been resolved. HUH, resolved???? I never even got a call back. Resolved with who? I don't understand, there has to be a hidden camera behind my desk. This company is a complete disaster, no accountability whatsoever, I may as well have sent my money to a scam artist in another country cause that's exactly what this company is. SCAM SCAM SCAM Ill take my money back please.
