What A Crummy Experience

This course keeps crashing. I manage to set aside a block of time to sit at the computer and wham! Every single time it crashes and I have to contact customer support. So much for camping out at the computer. I have to wait till next time I can set aside a morning. What a waste of time. And I paid for this hassle! But their customer service is friendly and on the ball, I have to give them that. Update: I just got off the phone with a representative and they said to NOT OPEN COURSE IN MICROSOFT EDGE. They recommend Google Chrome. The library's computer defaults to Edge, but I'll see if I can get it to run in Chrome. Wish me luck!
