We were booked Feb 8, 2019 thru Feb 15,2019. We arrived and found we were the only people in the whole resort. I believe they threw room together for us. Bad outlets, no wi-fi, no pool, no clubhouse, no working phones, beat up furniture, tv had 4 channels in bedroom 7 in living room, channels were not on same cable. Lamp in the living was strobing and you could hear the spark jumping in the switch and it couldn't be shut off, we just pulled the plug. GFCI switches in kitchen were worn out, kept popping out, not safe to use. Heat didn't work, when someone finally came and tried to fix it the wiring fell part. Manager came into our room while we were gone and took dishes out, we brought some things in there own bags, like our air fryer, she threw our bags out. We had all of our prescription medications just sitting in bathroom, we had paperwork just laying in the open. We weren't informed she would be coming in before or after. They can come and go as they please evidently. We stayed 3 nights and had to leave, was really really bad. deserted and falling apart. They told us they had only been open a month, we told them they weren't ready to have anyone stay there, real fire hazards, theft hazards, no lock on lockout, fortunately as I said we were the only ones there. We were told none of the other rooms even had sheets on the beds. The following pictures are just a few of the the filth and beaten-up condition.
