Were the cake/flowers sent

About 1 1/2 weeks ago I ordered flowers and a cake for my daughter's birthday July 1. Today I get confirmation the flowers were delivered but NO ONE knows if the cake was delivered. FYI - I was charged TWICE for delivery charges to the same address, over $30. This is a company that is a major rip off. User's recommendation: Use another company for flowers/cake.
