So I went in and it was everything I though it would be...horrible. It's in a little house in a bad part of town in Martinsburg and it looks scary just to go in. I went in with another girl who had to leave because it was so bad. She sat in the car. WTH is a puggel? a pug and beagel mix?? You can clearly see these puppies all come from puppy mills. One was so sick and looked to be dying that I called the owner over and they said it was just sleeping. Horrible place! I called back the next day to buy the dying dog they said it was adopted. I would bet my soul it died. Why this place has not been shut down by Jefferson County AC, the HSUS or the police is beyond me. It was just horrible.
