I ordered it for my daughter's birthday on 10/6/18. It is now 11/14/18 and I have never received it. Often times, the manufacturer is overseas and I can understand the wait, but it has be well over a month. It is such a shame because it is a beautiful looking project and I know my daughter would have treasured it. I sent an email and did receive a response back, but i am guessing it is an automated response. Good note to remember: check if a website or store has a customer service number too. And I should have known better and checked for reviews before ordering. I will be reporting this, posting it on my FB and instagram to warn people too. Now I just need to resolve with Paypal.
