I spoke with a representative on-line and specifically said I wanted a white wedding limo which is for my 43 year old husband to be, two 25 year old sons and 13 year old son. I rang the company today in order to get a contract and am told that a PINK GLITTERY Limo has been ordered! I contacted Limobroker who firstly told me that they can not guarantee a colour (I would not have accepted pink for a man), secondly when I said that the operator told me which website to go on and said 'that is the car you are getting', I am now told that this is for 'illustration purposes only'. I am therefore told that in order to look into this they have to request a transcript of my conversation which will take around one week. I GET MARRIED IN THREE WEEKS !!!
