I am very upset about the Customer Service I have been given at Kay's and plan to never shop here again. I went to the store on September 4th to exchange my soon to be husband band for a gold wedding band. I was told that the band will be back at the store before my wedding date of the 26th. They told me it will be at the store in fact on the 19th. I was told I would receive emails about the status of the ring and they will call me when it was to arrive at the store. I never received one email nor a call. So I went to the store on the 19th and was told that they do not have delivers on Saturday and it should be here on Monday the 21st. I called the store on the 21st to make sure the ring was there and was told by the manager that the ring will not be here until next Wed. 30th. I told the manager my wedding is on the 26th, she then told me she would see what was going on and call me back. She never called me back and I had to call the store twice to see what was going on. She passed me on to another associate which told me it will be here on Friday. This is horrible to do to a bride before her wedding. Kay's need to make this right. User's recommendation: Do not shop there at all. The customer service is horrible.
