Website trouble

I'm trying to make an appointment for a vaccine. I can get on the website, wait my turn, then I fill it all out and get to the I'm not a robot part. It doesn't send me a word , or numbers or anything at all that I can send back proving I'm not a robot. Its happened several times. There's no-one to call for assistance. What's wrong with this?
