The website plainly states that the store is located in the USA. I see a hat that I have been looking for, so I order 2 of them. After a month, I get a package from China with two hats in it. Absolutely nothing like what I ordered, even a different color. So I contact them and ask for a refund and a return label. Now the bargaining starts, how about a $10 refund? $15? No, I want the product I ordered or a refund. So they say they will not refund money or pay for return shipping. So I open a PayPal dispute. Go through the same bargaining tactic and finally they agree to refund my money if I take the day off to go to the post office and pay to express ship the item back at well over what I paid for the item. I refuse and guess what, PayPal disputes sides with them, even though they have broken the law. Stay away from these Chinese mafia criminals! User's recommendation: Stay AWAY!!! Chinese Criminals!
