This website has a great idea that's poorly performed. They could pay a lot more attention to people who come for help or to provide this help. They could monitor those who call themselves listeners. Many of them don't have any experience, so what kind of help can they provide? What advice can they give if they are themselves very young and haven't seen anything in this life? It's strange to me. I would like to see more adult people among listeners.
