I tried for 3 days to purchase online tickets from Boston to New York, but the total was off by $15. I wanted the $23, 8 a.m. ticket to New York and the $19, 4 p.m. ticket back to Boston. That's pretty simple math, but my balance kept totaling to $57! Even with fees it shouldn't be that much. Waiting on the phone for over 45 minutes for the to tell me their system was down....down for 3 days?!
