Website ordering problem

Did not get the opportunity to speak to a representative. My website order was redirected miles away from my choice location. I'm standing in the store of Choice and I get the option to leave a message. I don't have time for that. Not cool. Round table needs much better customer service. User's recommendation: Don't use website.
