Website Misleads the Customer

I have been shopping for cruises to Alaska toggling between the top three cruise lines. I went on Website and booked the room that I wanted, the pinnacle suite #7045. I thought I got a huge discount with my parents celebrating over 60 years of marriage, my dad turning, 80, sister turning 60 and me turning 50. Nope. The reservation wouldn't process. I called customer service and was on hold for 30 minutes. When the woman came back on the line, disconnected. Called again and this customer service person told me basically too bad with what you are seeing, the price isn't even close to what it should be and because you don't have a booking number means nothing. So, I said due to my inconvenience and really a "I don't care" about you attitude, I will sail with Norwegian and choose the Haven!
