Website is not user friendly and their customer service is pathetic

I work with a non-profit community organization. I am not real techy but can usually accomplish what I need to. I tried to set our organization up on auto pay and the website is not user friendly at all! I finally called customer service (and I use the term lightly) to ask them to assist me with the setup. they gave me the website, slam bam thank you mam! they were finished with me. If I call in, extra charge, if I write a check, those cost money. WE ARE A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION. Ameren has no customer service!! User's recommendation: If you must use AMEREN, don't count on customer service!
