Website is no longer user friendly and can’t even call the company for assistance. Really a shame!
Since you changed your website I have NOT been able to access/send cards easily!!!! It used to be very simple and now I can't send anything!!! I renewed my membership today, gave my credit card info and NOTHING!!!! Could not compose nor send a card for a birthday that is tomorrow. VERY DISPLEASED!!!! If I cannot access your website to send cards then I want a refund ASAP...VERY FRUSTRATING!!! Await your reply. Thank you, Tamar May
