i am using domain & hosting service of Bigrock from last many years. i got 1 domain name officiallyunlock.com site hosted in Bigrock Reseller & it was working well for almost 2 months. After that Bigrock Server have function of scanning it shows Virus Found & Port 80 Blocked automatically. They are unable to answer for our logical questions which i am going to share it here so everyone can see it. We scanned our data into Quick Heal Licence Antivirus & results shows clean also same site is working well into other server then which company is good in hosting pls suggest Godaddy or Bigrock? These issue is happening again & again all the time our sites go down 500 Server Error due to this bogus scanner functionality from our end we think that it's server end issue raised many tickets & did strong follow up but they are not listening & simply arguing with customers instead of giving good solution. Our Logical Questions: > we scanned our local system & backup files in #quickheal licence version (Result shows 0 then how come your scanner shows virus?) Answer Pls: > our many sites are working well for few months in your server after few days all of sudden how come Infected files come? Answer Pls: > same site backup is running in other company server testing done in #GoDaddy Deluxe Server, how come not working in Bigrock? Answer Pls: > you can also check website is clean showing in on line malicious scanner sites like https://www.virustotal.com/ http://www.quttera.com/ Answer Pls: > Example- Today i make 1 site www.xyz.com live in your server that time your system can't find the virus it comes after 1 or 2 months only? then how come it doesn't catch immateriality?? Answer Pls: more than 11 days today they are not able to answer all above question would be happy if they can answer it here!! Thanks, Harsh
